At CHITA LIVING, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it into the original shipping boxes to ensure the item is protected during transit and meets carrier requirements.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your return is authorized, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or coordinate a specialized freight pickup for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
